Digital subscription service
NGOOrbit is an online software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by PP DESIGN AND TECH. We provide access to NGO management software, not physical merchandise. Accordingly, there are no couriers, physical shipments, delivery addresses or shipping charges for NGOOrbit subscriptions.
How access is delivered
Users access NGOOrbit through the website using their registered account. Free workspaces can be created after successful registration and email verification. For paid Starter and Growth subscriptions, eligible paid functionality is enabled within the workspace after the subscription payment and entitlement are successfully confirmed by the billing system. No software package is shipped.
Activation delays
Payment processing, verification, maintenance or technical issues may delay activation. If a payment has been captured but the corresponding plan is not activated, contact NGOOrbit support with the registered email, payment reference and approximate transaction date; never share passwords or full card details.
Where service is available
NGOOrbit is delivered online, subject to applicable service availability, account eligibility and local legal restrictions. Users need an internet connection and compatible browser.
